私も以前、ホームページを開設した際、この類の書き込みをされて、私が確認した限りにおいて被害は特に生じませんでしたが、この類の書き込みが止まらないようであれば、念のため、サーバーやネットワーク設定を変えるか、あるいは、法人からホームページ開設のためのサーバー容量の一部を使用するため、サービスプロバイダから提供を受けているのであれば、サービスプロバイダに報告するか、サービス提供を受けている会社を変える方が望ましいかと存じます。
